Mark Goldwasser has worked in Finance based in Wall St for over 40 years. Mark has worked at a variety of Investment Banks including Bear Stearns, Lazard Freres, Jefferies, and ING Barings in leading roles, many as a Managing Director or Executive Vice President.
Mark was responsible for building National Securities into one of the fastest-growing Independent Broker-Dealers and Investment Bank. Mark was CEO of National for 16 years and Executive Chairman of National Holdings Corporation, a Public Co. for over 10 years. As Chairman he was responsible for the acquisition of two other publicly traded financial service companies.
At National Mark was the Co-Founder of Robotic Ventures the countries first VC fund investing in Robotics. One company was iRobot which went public and Z Cat which evolved into Mako Surgical.
Over his long career, Mark has been responsible for raising tens of Billions of dollars in a variety of securities and markets including emerging markets, SPV’s for Unicorns, Fixed Income and Private Venture Equity including Israel.
Mark is currently the CEO of Ceros Financial Services with over $7.5 Billion in Assets.

Chris Dewey has over 40 years of financial services experience that started on the high yield bond desk at Bear Stearns. In 2001, Chris and Mark Goldwasser started Robotic Ventures LLC, the first fund of its kind exclusively dedicated to robotics and artificial intelligence. Chris has since gone on to achieve an impressive venture track record. Of note, he was a founding board member and angel investor in Mako Surgical (acquired by Stryker for $1.65bn); founding board member and angel investor in Auris Surgical (acquired by Johnson & Johnson for $5.7bn).
Earlier in his career, Chris was Executive Vice President at Jefferies LLC and Vice Chairman of the Board at National Securities Corp. He also co-founded Canon Films in 1965, acting as president for the first independent film studio and public company.

Prior to joining Ceros Capital Markets, Maurice worked for INSIGHTEC, an incision-less platform that uses acoustic energy to perform brain surgery. Maurice was a Senior Associate on the commercial team, where he built out a strategy to enter Latin America and worked with the largest healthcare systems. In his previous roles, Maurice worked alongside the sales team in sourcing new opportunities and implementing creative financial models. Prior to this experience, Maurice worked for the US Chamber of Commerce on the Latin America team.
Maurice earned a bachelor’s degree from Colby College, where he double majored in economics and international relations.

Mr. Joseph Hain, also known as Joey, serves as Managing Director of Ceros Capital Markets. Prior to Ceros, Mr. Hain was Director of Noble Capital Markets. Mr. Hain also served as Managing Director, Head Trader, and Portfolio Manager at the Lawrence Fund LP, where he oversaw and directed the entire trading and class action lawsuit operation. Mr. Hain is the Co-Founder and Limited Partner at Intrinsic Value Capital LP. Previously, he served as a Portfolio Manager of Robotti & Company, Incorporated, where he managed portfolios of HNW individuals and family businesses as well as served as Portfolio Manager of the Glaubman Rosenberg & Robotti Fund LP. a fundamental value focused hedge fund. Mr. Hain began investment banking in 2008 and served as Senior Vice President at WestPark Capital, Tejas Securities, Wynston Hill Capital Management, and Paulson Investment Company. Mr. Hain was also Senior Vice President at Stern Aegis Ventures an affiliate of Aegis Capital Corp. and worked with both public and private companies as well as institutional, retail and HNW clients globally. Mr. Hain is a recipient of 40 under 40 for M&A and Dealmaking from M & A Advisor, and is on the Regional Board for The Diabetes Research Institute. Throughout his career, Ahmed has skillfully nurtured long-lasting relationships with institutional partners, family offices, and High Net Worth investors domestically and internationally. David Rand, MD

David Rand, MD, is the Director of Innovation and a board-certified practicing cataract and refractive surgeon at Rand Eye Institute, a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice, ambulatory surgical pavilion, and clinical research center. Dr. Rand attained a bachelors of science degree from University of Miami and subsequently attended the Miller School of Medicine at University of Miami. He completed internal medicine internship at Staten Island University Hospital and ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
In addition to performing clinical research, Dr. Rand is dedicated to contributing to the advancement of medicine through biotechnology ventures and as a FINRA-registered investment banking representative and scientific advisor affiliated with Ceros Financial Services. He is the founder of Codecap, LLC, developing therapeutic hypothermia solutions; co-founder of and advisor to IOPtSens, developing a continuous intraocular pressure monitoring system; advisor to NeuroTrigger, LLC, creator of the first blinking pacemaker; and co-founder of Retiya Medical Solutions, among other positions. His hobbies include teaching advanced Talmudic studies, study of ethics and morality, as well as Tae Kwon Do, achieving rank of 2nd degree black belt.
Daniel Steinberg

Daniel Steinberg spent the last 5 years as Managing Director for a private family office where he led major investments into more than a dozen early and late stage venture deals. Demonstrating his unique prowess and talent to be awarded allocations in the most desired companies, he deployed more than $100m on behalf of the FO’s main fund and LP’s.
Prior to entering the investing arena, Daniel spent 10 years in the wireless industry engineering trade-in programs for carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Daniel went on to be the founder and CEO of Buyback Technologies, a reverse logistics and asset recovery startup enabling wireless providers to recover used equipment on demand. As a first to market player, Daniel pioneered and revolutionized what has today become standard industry practice. The company was awarded two original S.O.W. contracts with Sprint and serviced them up until the T-Mobile acquisition.

Maurice R. Ferré MD is a serial entrepreneur that focuses on exponential changes in the medical technology sector.
Dr. Ferré is currently the Executive Chairman of Insightec. The Company is currently developing breakthrough technology that in essence allows treatment without cutting the body. With the use of highly focused ultrasound energy, Insightec's proprietary technology allows the destruction of targets deep inside the body completely noninvasive. Already $200M has gone into developing this technology. The Company just secured an additional $59M of financing to develop and commercialize its technology.
His most recent success was MAKO Surgical Corp, As Co-Founder, Chairman, CEO and President over a period of ten years (2003- 2013), MAKO became the world leader in robotic orthopedic surgery. Dr. Ferré received in Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health from Boston University in 1992. He was also the recipient of the prestigious Ernest & Young 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
